Hi All,
We have this wierd issue where the user is automatically signed out on regular basis and on re-login , he gets an error " You have been signed out of Cisco Jabber because multiple logins are not allowed. "
How should I determine whether the user has logged in to more than 1 places.

try looking in file under roaming folder. file name should be cachetftpconfigstore or jabber-config.xml file

this is happening because you must be having this below parameter in your jabber-config xml file.
loginresource:wbxconnect
remove this parameter from jabber-config xml file and then check.
by default jabber allows multiple logins and this can only be restricted if you add the above mentioned parameter in jabber-config xml file.
i hope this helps you

Hi Varun,
Thank you for your help. But, I do not see this parameter on the XML File. I see JabberLocalConfig.xml file where we do not see this
