Hi have a user whose Jabber contacts were there earlier, now they're gone. His outlook contacts are still there. We reset jabber but they never came back????

Jabber contacts are stored in the IM&P DB, not in the client, you'd need to make sure they are still there to confirm if Jabber has a contact list to pull from the DB or if it's indeed gone.

Hi, what about the missing contacts tab inside the Cisco Jabber.
I am using Version 12.5.1.27406 Build 277406 .

Make sure the users are typing at least 3 characters in the search bar toward the user's name.
For example:
User from DB: Hingle McCringleberry
Typing 'h' may not produce results from the user database.
It may be necessary to type 'hin' to will populate suggested results from the user directory.
