Jabber - deskphone is greyed out and works only as administrator

Hello everyone,

I'm facing an issue with Jabber (we are using 14.2). After I reset Jabber, I suddenly can't select the deskphone anymore; the option appears grayed out. The "Use computer" option works perfectly fine.

When I start the program Jabber as an administrator and log in with the same user credentials, I can select the deskphone, and it works without any problems.

In our company, we have approximately 100 Jabber installations in use, and gradually, this is happening to some other users as well.

As a counter-test, I logged in with my user account on a newly installed laptop and a different deskphone. The same problem occurred here as well. Therefore, I can rule out that it's an issue with the PC or the used deskphone.

I hope someone can assist, and I appreciate your help in advance.
