We are using Cisco Jabber 12.1.1 for Windows, with call control.
If an end user closes the windows dialog box during an active call, it will hang up the call. The user does get the warning below, however, they often don't read it and this has caused issues for us.
"Close confirmation requested - Closing a conversation window automatically ends your call"
Is this an issue for anyone else? And is there a technical way to protect against this? What I would prefer is that it never disconnects a call this way.
