We recently deployed ExpressWay and are utilizing it for Jabber over MRA as well as calling. It seems like occasionally, our usernames are displayed as a GUID in the chat window. All clients are running 12.9.1 or 12.9.2 and it seems to happen most often to users who are running over MRA using Jabber for Windows. I have not been able to isolate anything that might be causing the issue, and I suspect it is a bug somewhere but I can't find anything definitive.
