I have a strange problem that is affecting 1 user only. Whenever someone calls her directly (internal or external), jabber does not ring or pop up to show a call is coming in. Likewise, in the hunt group of which she is a part, same behavior. It is ONE user. I have tested using my own jabber client (same version as hers 12.9) - receiving calls internally, externally, as part of the same hunt group (internally and externally). Jabber has been uninstalled and reinstalled. Windows 10 is the OS.
All notification boxes are checked in jabber settings.
Has anyone had this experience?
