Is there a way to save an E164 as a favorite in the new Jabber? So they can specifically call the number not the name? I have been trying but once it makes a successful call, recent history converts it to the cart name and the number goes away.
no , it is not possible. as soon a jabber reaches a call or dials a number , it tries to resolves it. it searches that number is cache , outlook , contacts and then directory. if a match is found , it will convert it into name.
