Jabber for Android - Cannot input CMC Code When Dialing External

I am able to dial all calls internally successfully, as well as dial externally and hit the translation pattern that requests the CMC Code to be entered.

I can dial a pattern that does not require a CMC Code, and the call completes successfully. 

When dialing a pattern that requires CMC the 'Keypad" is greyed out and inaccessible.  The call eventually will tone out to fast busy.
