Jabber for Android HTC One

Is Jabber for Android supported at HTC ONE ?

Currently we are running Cucm 8.6 nut soon upgraded to 9.1, we are able to register the Jabber 4 Android but not able to receive/make any calls.

Jabber for IM/P is running with no problems.
