UC560(conf-serv-sip)#bind control source-interface vlan 100

There are active sip calls

The bind command change will not take effect

I am trying to configure above configuration.but it saying that there are active calls.but there r no active calls.and the problem is after registering the phone with jabber ,after starting calls using jabber,the call disconnects in 10 seconds.so i am wondering that above configuration should be configured.assist me on this

Hi,

You should try:

voice service voip

sip

call service stop

If there are no active calls, that will help. After doing this, try to add the bind commands again. Then, to restore the SIP service, you can use:

voice service voip

sip

no call service stop

If the issue still happens after adding the bind commands, you'll need to capture debugs to check what's going on.
