Hi
We have the Cisco VCS TelePresence Infrastructure (VCS Cluster 7.1) along with Cisco TMS. We are talking only of the Jabber TelePresence Client and not any other flavors of Jabber
We have Jabber for TelePresence (MOVI) deployed for the endusers on Windows machines with version 4.4. Also, users now have started using the Jabber for iPad as client for video calling.
The issue we are facing is, with same username being used by the end users, there are multiple user endtries created for a single user
Example: UserA logs into Windows Client and Jabber iPad client. There are entries for the user as UserA.movi@company.com and UserA.jabbertablet.movi@company.com. Please note THERE is no separate user created for Jabber iPad login.
When other users search for USerA, the Jabber User detail (UserA.jabbertablet.movi@company.com) is shown on search.
Is there any way we could restrict end-users from logging into Jabber iPad client with thier Username created for Jabber Windows Client.
Thanks
