What would cause Jabber for Windows 10.5.1 to show a contact multiple times from the address book when searching? See attached screenshot.

We have the same issue. Some users can't even see the contacts to initiate IM. It's all hit and miss and documentation on this is pretty sparse.

Turns out, there are imported users and then there are users synced with AD. I am approaching the vendors to figure out how to clean/merge them.
