hi guys
customer infrastructure is CUCM10.5+CUPS10.5+EXPRESSWAY8.7，
there is one computer have a problem， when in the internal network ,his jabber for windows client can call connects but no media to ip phone , call others (other jabber device ) is normal , his account login other computer the call is OK .
in outside network , the client call all be normal through expressway . no matter windows or mobile device .
i make a capture package in his computer (10.161.50.11 <-->10.161.56.1) , i found there are STUN Binding indication package cyclicity .is that mean the client will used STUN for internal call ? and is this the reason resulting unsuccful call ?
is the computer problem or network problem resulting this issue ?
