Jabber for Windows Can't Login

Hello ,

I have issue with cisco jabber .

when I try to login to application I got error "cisco jabber Cannot communicate with the server"

after we perform reset jabber it is working .

The problem occurs random users.

I used dns  for the server .

my version of CUPS 10.5.2 .

any idea?

If it works for the users and suddenly stops working, and it's random, you want to ask those users for a PRT before they reset to investigate what happened.

The problem occurs when user perform logout  and after login to jabber.
