Hi Community,
We have installed JFW 10.6.5 which picks up its contact information from CUCM using a Service Profile (Linking to AD). The problem lies in that the contact information that JFW looks up appears to be coming from Outlook, which unfortunately isn't controlled by us, and is third party hosted. The contact information is incorrect and actually has DDI numbers coming through as Internal.
Is there a way to stop Outlook being the contact source and for the Service Profile to correctly take over?
Any help would be appreciated.
Kind Regards
Rob

You need to configure all that in the .xml, the directory, and to disable the Exchange address book, the Jabber documentation has all the information on this.
