Jabber for Windows documentation broken link

Hi,

I'm trying to download the documentation for Jabber for Windows , but following link give a blank page;

Does someone have an other link, or better, can this be fixed?

I just tried and a lot of the J4W links are "dead", or they end up in a blank page, I'm guessing there's some problem with the server, I'd try again in a few hours.

Glad I am not going crazy.  I am having the same issue.  It is now 8/30 and CCO is still down.  One can download Jabber but that is about it.  All the release notes, install guides, and integration documents are completely missing.
