Jabber for Windows: is there any way to add/change phone fields in profiles?

Jabber has three fields for phone numbers: Work, Mobile, and Home.  We want to display user extensions in Jabber along with their mobile and outside-lines. We have worked around this by putting the users' extension numbers in the 'Home Phone' field in active directory (see below), but it would be really nice if the field that says 'Home' could instead say 'Extension.' 

Is there any way to do this?

No, this is not possible. This is a client side string and not customizable.
