Hi, we have both hunt group and pickup features enabled on our jabber.config.xml file and both features have been happily working for sometime on our clients (10.5). However for some reason the pickup toast notifications have stopped displaying. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I would attempt to troubleshoot this?
