We are running CCM v8.6, and Jabber 9.1.1 ... I can not get the toast, or pop-up, notifications to display. I've gone through and compared all the settings I could think of in CCM, and everything appears correct. Any suggestions?
I am having same issue. It was working previously and then it stopped working. CUCM 9.1 and Jabber 9.7. Is there a documentation on how the toast popup work?
