By default I understand the Jabber History File is stored at C:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber\CSF\History
However, our users move around and use different computers spread across multiple locations and it's frustrating for them not be able to retrieve their Jabber chat history as they move from PC to PC.
Is there a configuration option for Jabber where we can redirect the history file to a folder on a central server. This would then follow the user around from machine to machine.
We've looked at using a Windows Group Policy to redirect but this only appears to redirect the whole application data (AppData) folder which seems a bit overkill as we only need this one folder redirecting.
Also, is it possible to increase the Chat history from 99 messages??
We're using Jabber v10.5.3
Any help gratefully received.
