Please I need help with the following.
If user doesn’t answer the Hunt Group call it still rings on Jabber when someone else picks it up. I have tried logging users out of hunt group but issue remains. I have also told them to use the hunt log out option for the MS Teams / Jabber audio issue but they are unable to remain logged out of the hunt group.
Just curious if there are some settings that can be adjusted?
