jabber in phoen mode

Hello,

i have CUCM, CUC and IMP and using locally in internal network without dns and domain names.

just now i added local domain abc.local to cucm and imp and create one user test@abc.local.

when i use jabber desktop it login in phone mode as i have assigned cti in service profile only. if use with imp and cti it is unable to login..

when use jabber iphone it doesnt able to login in both case...

please tell me if have any way to fix it?

Do you have proper DNS resolution??

I am not using dns in this steup.

How is that working for jabber desktop?

We rely heavily in DNS, configure the host and lmhosts with the related servers and try again
