I have observed an issue when searching for a user in Jabber. This user has a given name, lets call him Scott, and goes by his preferred name, Ed.
When I search in Jabber for Scott, it shows up as Ed in the directory. What I need is to be able to search for him by his preferred name, Ed. When I attempt to do this, the directory cannot find him. I have renamed the contact in active directory, but the issue remains. Thanks for your help!
