jabber on iphone in uc560

i am configuring jabber on uc560.

when i configure

voice register global its showing following error.and couldnt connect to jabber

UC560(config-register-global)#create profile

%Error deleting flash:/SEP07CCA10DCF2B.cnf.xml (File in use in an incompatible mode)

what could be the reason?

i tried using the app cisco mobile.when its trying to connect,it saying cannot download device configuration.

i cannot find where is the error.look like problem with device configuration.pls assist me
