Hi,
I have a user whise Jabber Client will not let them use their computer for calls. He needs to work out of his house for a while and was going to use Jabber as a softphone instead of loading IP Communicater. His account and devices are configured exactly as everyone else's. If he uses the dropdown to select "Use my computer for calls", it takes a minute but then puts a red X. He can use his phone for calls though. Any ideas?

Is the owner user id set to his username?
The directory number that is assigned to him with the CSF device. Is he associated with that line from the CSF device itself?
Is the device in the "conrtolled devices" list

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the reply. It turns out there was something going on with his pc. He had tried re-installing and that didn't fix the issue. I un-installed, deleted all keys from the registry and re-installed, which did the trick. Not sure if the last update to the software broke it, but its working now.
