We have Jabber 11.8 with CUCM and Unity connection 11.5. Our users can manage their Unity connection mailbox in Jabber with no issue. However I do not see a way to save / export a voicemail from Jabber. Is there a way?
Because of compliance reasons we do not allow single inbox and dont tie in our users with a Unified messaging account. Unity connection sends a notification to the email address of the user. Once notified our users can access the voicemail over the phone or in Jabber.
The issue is, there are storage limits in UC that could potentially prevent a voicemail from being kept indefinitely. I was hoping there was a way to save the voicemail from the Jabber client.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
