Jabber Search - Number of results

Hi all,

Using Jabber 9.2.6

LDAP integration

Cache and call history are cleared before this test.

I have a user called "Eva Green"

If I search for "Eva"

I have 12 results in Jabber search (something like 20 results in CUCM enduser list)

If I search for "Green"

I have 16 results in Jabbern search

I do not understand why jabber displays only 12 results whereas there are potentially 20 results.

If there was a maximum number of displayed results, why in my first search jabber does not display 16 results ...

If someone has an idea, would be helpful.

I'm assuming CUCM is also LDAP integrated, does the directory configuration from Jabber matches the LDAP configuration in CUCM??

Same level of credentials?? Read permissions?? Pointing to the same OUs??

If the answer to either is no, then, that's most likely the issue.

you mean a difference between LDAP Filter Configuration in the CUCM

and the way jabber-config.xml is configured to search in the LDAP ?
