Jabber service profile /directory profile search base issue

hello there,

running cucm 12.5.1.13900-152. the directory profile configuration portion of service profile for jabber only shows 3 search base for LDAP search (search base 1, 2 and 3) . we have 11 OUs in MS active directory contains users. so the base needs to be increased to 11 rather than 3. is that possible?

i can point to the top level domain (search base 1) and put in a ldap filter but the issue is that the client has about 100k user database. and querying the top domain with filter spiking their DC memory to out of service for brief moments.

No, that's fixed, via the .xml you can configure 5 but that's it.

Aside from pointing higher in the directory, your other option is to sync them to CUCM and use UDS.

well..going UDS is the my final resort. but i thought i check with you guys first. thanks for the help Jaime.
