Has anyone come cross an issue with the above. Internally jabber to jabber calls work fine but going over expressway they don't. We are running CUCM 11.5SU7, expreesway 12.5.4 and call recording is Verint

Thanks for the response and yes we have done the sip header setting. Jabber to an external number e.g. mobile or mobile to jabber records fine. It is just if a jabber to jabber call between two staff members that does not record.
