Jabber via MRA Intermittent Phone Services Connection

Hello,

My organization has recently deployed MRA on CUCM 14.1.2 for both Android and iOS remote users (phone only). Shortly after deployment, users began to report that their phone services in the app would lose connection seemingly at random.  Sometimes they would be able to manually reconnect, sometimes they would be able to logout and reset to resolve it. Other times, neither of those would work and they would have to toggle their wifi and cell connections back and forth for the connection to re-establish.  This was happening for both device type users. 

We were able to resolve the issue for Android users by adding our org's domain to the domain name field under the Product Specific Configuration Layout for BOT profiles.  There is no equivalent field on TCT profiles and they continue to experience this issue.  Any ideas on where to look or what more needs to be configured to alleviate for that device type?
