Hi all
I have an installation with presence 9.1.1.3000 and jabber 10.5 but in some cases, maybe 50% the call was establish without a video, and in the other 50% the call was establish with video.
Any idea what happend?

Is there any Video Bandwidth restriction that a 'Video Call' become an 'Audio Call?
Check in the 'CUCM > System > Location' and 'Region'.

the same Jabber that makes a Video Call one day, can't make the same Video Call in a different day?

The same jabber client, but no different day, for example 3 calls good, 2 bad, 1 good, 4 bad and etc

It's a Jabber to Jabber Video Call (same Jabber calling to the same Jabber receiving the call)?
