Jabber voice issues with jabra headset

Hi All

For some reason, my Jabber has now stopped working, I can call other people, they pick up, they can hear me but I cannot hear them and also when I ring them, there is no ringer tone in my headset to show its ringing.

Any ideas ?

Is Jabra headset compatible with Jabber.?

I have a jabra 2300 - I cannot hear anything when using Jabber softphone, 

I have NO issues issuing same headset with Cisco IP Communicator/Finesse/Zoom or Skype - ONLY Jabber -

I have tried 3 different headsets - 2 Jabra 2300 and 1 Jabra 2400 II - none will work with Jabber, all work with the other mentioned apps.

I have stripped off Jabber and reinstall 12.7 thru 12.9 still nothing

I uninstalled WIN10 drives, I installed AND updated Jabra Direct and WIN10 audio and Jabra drivers - nothing will work.

I have an old Plantronic headset that has no issues- 

Any ideas?
