Jabber who logged in via MRA is not bale to hear when they tried to call an IP Phone

i have an expressway E & C and jabber user who logged in via MRA is not able to hear voice when he calls an internal IP Phone, meanwhile if i logged into jabber via internal WIFI everything is normal and i can hear the voice in call statistics i found that there is no codec received in the jabber who logged via MRA this issue has appeared from 2 weeks ago before these 2 weeks everything was running normal
