Hi All,
When we dial the from number from deskphone , it's displaying as unknown number in Jabber Windows client call history . our Jabber version is 10.6.2 build 59142.
As per release notes of jabber windows , it a bug CSCus70832 and resolved in 10.6.2 but issue still in our version.
In bug details it's mentioned as 10.6(2.58763) is known fixed release but it not available for download.
Anyone came across this issue ???

I have similar issue, when I placed calls from my desk phone the cisco jabber log displays it as Unknown number, everything is ok with the incoming calls, they are registered in a jabber recents call log. When i upgrade to the new Jabber 10.6.3 version it does not display anything for the placed, outgoing calls.
What settings on a cucm I am doing wrong!?

Hi !
When Jabber registered as softphone, calls made from deskphone won't update in the Jabber history. Just think about shared lines , how the call history won't sync between phones.
Jabber call history sync will happen only on desk phone mode. Actually earlier behavior is bug from 10.5.4 and fixed in latest release.

Hi All,
I ran into this issue with Jabber for Windows 11.0.0 build 65527
Downgraded to Jabber for Windows 10.6.6 Build 18021 which resolved the issue.
