Hello Guys

i have a situation as described below:

i have jabber installed on all PC's , i have calling permission ( CSS : international , Long distance , Local , internal ) my manager asked me they need employees to call long distance only when they are inside LAN ( inside campus) , when they are outside they cant be able to dial.

kindly advise any solution
