JabberVideo beta package will not self-extract

Good morning.

      I am operating on a Windows 7, 64-bit based system, and am attempting to install the JabberVideo beta for use in teleconferencing.  After downloading the self-extracting package and attempting to install, I receive an error message indicating that the package stopped working.  I have attempted to install repeatedly without success.

Any help would be appreciated.

As I know their are different ways to install jabber like:
1) Command Line
2) By MSI
3) Creating custom Installer
