Jaber isn't playing ringtone for incoming calls

Hi,

my Jabber isn't playing the ringtone for incoming voice calls.

I hear only two short notification sounds, but not the configured sound.

In the configuration I can play the ringtone normally.

Does anybody know this problem and have a hint to solve this issue?

My client: Windows 7

Jabber version: 11.5.4 Build 37452

please check the settings on file-->option--> audio

The settings are okay, if I click the play button I hear a ringtone. 

But if somebody give me a call I hear something like two short beep tones.
