Hi Guys,
I have a quick question. When calculating latency for audio conference calls, the measurements should be taken between:
1) End points and the audio bridge
Less than 150 ms between the bridge and the end point
or
2) The sum of latency between individual end points and bridge for conference calls (like for the normal audio calls)
for example: Loc A to Confbridge + Loc B to Conf bridge should be less than 150 ms.
I am trying to work out the latency requirements for audio flows for WebEx cloud connected audio. The Bridge will be located in one regional location and end points dialing in from all over the globe.
Should I be looking at the recommended one way latency of less than 150ms between the end points and the bridge or between the end points themselves (which kind of becomes hard to achieve if the two end points are looping/bridging through a conf. resource in a remote region)
If you can please refer to a resource would be really helpful.
Thanks,
Terry
