Ldap fields in jabber

Can display of telephone numbers from Ldap be configured for jabber for windows?

i see that only  Phone ,Home and Mobile fields are displayed as options to dial.

Thru the .xml config file you can change the field mappings if you wish, refer to the configuration guide.
