License part is still bit confusing for me even after working more than 6 years on Cisco UC. Can somebody help me out here. I have couple BE6Ks (for redundancy). My all contracts for hardware and software support have expired and I can't open a case with TAC.
I am looking into options for renewing only the relevant license to get TAC support and/or to download minor software releases, plus some hardware support on BE6K chassis. Could you suggest what should all be include in the quote to achieve this? One of the vendors I talked to has quoted me more than C$10k, they included all the CUWLs I have. Following are covered in vendor's quote.
