i have a need to use <useraccountname>blahblahbalh</useraccountname> in my environment. Recently we switched to the new-fangled UC profiles for how to tell the client what to do. Where in the UC profile can this be set? Do i still have to use the jabber-config.xml file to set this?
Yes, you do it via the .xml, the directory integration chapter from Jabber deployment and installation guide covers that parameter
