Meetingplace Express

I'm still running Meetingplace Express 2.1 and I'm having the following issue.

I had to shutdown the primary and secondary servers so I could relocate them in the datacenter. I powered on the primary server and then the secondary server.

Problem: When I go to login on the primary server, the webpage trys to redirect to https and then I receive a "Internet explorer cannot display the webpage". If I update the url with http, then I'm able to login and the page loads. I'm not having any issues with the secondary server.

Hi,

Looking at the problem description it seems SSL is currently disabled on your primary server.

To check if SSL is active, do the following command from the CLI (assuming the SSLUtil script exists on the MPE system):

SSLUtil -c

If you see " OEM_SSL_MODE=both" in the first line of output, SSL is enabled.  Otherwise, it is not.  The info after this provides a lot more info on the SSL configuration.

Please send me the outputs for the above command so that I can have a look at it.

You would also like to refer the following link and try to enable SSL for primary server in case it is disabled for some reason :

In case the issue is still not resolved, it might point towards and issue with the SSL certificate being used. Please follow the link below for details on certificate management for Meeting Place Express 2.x :

I hope this is inforamative.

Best Regards
