Microsoft Outlook Showing Incorrect Jabber Presence

Hi a client of ours jabber presence in outlook keeps appearing as unkown when the client in logged into jabber and available from the jabber application. I had my email admin update her primary SIP address in exchange, but it does not appear to be syncing to the clients jabber IM address. The IM address keeps showing the old address which i assume is causing the unknown presence. Is there anyway to manually update this IM address? I have tried downloading address books numerous times, i deleted the auto-finish record from the outlook address bar, waited over 24 hours for the GAL to update for the company etc. Nothing has worked

 

Any ideas?
