Mobility transfer key from Android client

Hi All,

We have Jabber Android client 9.0 registred with CUCM 8.6. Mobility softkey not appreared in while call is connected.

we configure the below settings

1) enable the Mobility in Enduser Id

2) Configure the Owener User Id , Mobility User Id , Reroute calling searchspace, Enable the Mobile Connect.

3) Softkey template creted in onhook & connected state.

Please suggest is there any configuration we have to do other then this

I have tried without softkey because softkey is not appeared during the call. instead, during the call in option key (more key) you will find move to mobile key this key will do same mobility softkey with some limitation like from jabber you can transfer the call but not vice versa.
