The company I work for is interested in expanding our Spark usage, but we have some questions.
Is there an on-site hosted server?
How does one purchase a subscription to the service? How is it licensed & how much?
We currently have WebEx Enterprise, do we get Spark Message for free?
Is there an admin portal, if so how do I get to it?
Does CUWL licensing provide Spark Message for free?
Thanks,
Justin

Hi Justin -
You will need to go through a Cisco Partner to get pricing for Spark. But in a nutshell:
- no onsite server (its all cloud)
- Its based on a monthly bill (not yearly like traditional webex)
- Its free for limited usage. simply sign up and invite others!
- The paid version is included with your Webex renewal if you choose. There are new models for renewing your Cisco partner can recommend. This is where the admin portal comes into play
- CUWL licensing is not really related Spark as of yet. Possibly later this summer we will see some CUWL updates from Cisco. But most of the models in the Webex renewals (Spark renewals) can or will include Messager (Which is basically using Jabber to connect to the cloud services, IE Webex Connect)
Cheers!
