We want to setup MS Team Direct routing using AudioCodes SBC with Cisco UCM Cloud. I have found some documents on the internet how to setup direct routing with On-Prem CUCM but couldn't find any document how will we setup if we are using Cisco UCM cloud.
I have some questions
1) Can we setup Direct routing with Team Cisco UCM Cloud using Audiocodes as SBC and use SIP trunk (CUBE) for the PSTN calls. Call flow will be something like that
MS Team->SBC-->CUCM Cloud-->SIPTrunk-->CUBE(OnPrem)-->PSTN
2) I have heard media bypass not supported on CUCM cloud solution. If this is right then will there be an issue?
3) Has anyone used this topology where SBC is on prem but CUCM is hosted and CUBE router is on prem for PSTN calls?
4) Please advise what is the best approach
