Mute/Unmute All on CWMS 2.5

Hi,

I have CWMS 2.5 MR6 deployed.

I have a user, who complained that when he initiate a Personal Conference meeting, and when they are on Audio only session, he can use the special keys, like ## to mute All, and, 99 to unmute All on his phone. But as soon as they login to the web part of the meeting, he cannot use these special keys on his phone anymore, and the only way to mute or unmute all is from the web portal.

I just want to know if its the normal behavior or we are having any issue?

Same with the Webex Audio meetings.
