I just upgraded yesterday to the new Webex Connect (I think it's 6.7.5) and it's pretty good. The video is much better than before and with HD cameras we found it better quality that regular (or should I say new) Webex with HD video.
The outlook integration is interesting, I can see presence in an email if it comes from someone in my presence (contacts) list, and allows me to IM, call (if we had CUCM) that contact right from an email.
There really isn't too many features described in any docs I found, and there are many things we would still like to see, but for a SAAS offering it's pretty good.
Now if we could only have a Mac client.......and UC500 integration....
