In a recently deployment presence deployment, Jabber login, chatting, presence status are successful. Jabber client can be set in both softphone & hardphone mode. In softphone mode, the CSF device in CUCM is showing as registered and it is possible to make any outgoing calls from the Jabber softphone. But when a call is received, I dont see any notification popup to answer the call. This happens only when Jabber is in softphone mode. In hardphone mode, there is a notification popup and all control works fine like answering the call in Jabber answers the call on the hardphone etc.,
Any known issues.. ??

CUCM - 10.5(2)
IM & P - 10.5(2)
