no contacts in Jabber for windows 10.6

Hello,

I've installed cisco jabber for windows 10.6

Unfortunately I don't see any contactmenu. In the errormessages the error code CJ:1100:16 appears (contactservices, user defined contacts could nod be loaded).

I use windows system 7 with outlook2007.

The jabber software was reinstalle more as one time but without any effects.

Any ideas to solve the problem?

contacts from outlook. I have no contact-icon in jabber
